BUSINESS BROADBAND
With most business apps now based in the cloud, the need for a super-fast, reliable internet connection is a necessity.
Business-grade connectivity with the right SLA in place, gives your business complete support. When it matters; all the time.
A fibre connection can be provided in as little as 14 days. Delivering you and your business with reliability in record time.
Speed
The speed you need is critical when deciding which business broadband package is right; too fast, and you could be paying too much for what you need, too slow and your team will find it hard to get their work done.
Reliability
The fastest speeds in the UK are not much good if the service is prone to loss of service. Fibre broadband packages are much more reliable than ADSL which runs entirely on copper telephone wires. This is why reliability varies with the type of internet service being provided.
Support
From making sure your connection is secure, to getting the best from your WIFI signal, our experts are on hand to resolve any issues. We understand how frustrating loss of service can be, so we provide fast response times supported by BT Openreach to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Business Broadband
There are a number of solutions that provide internet connectivity, and most businesses have a range of options to choose from.
Fibre broadband is available to over 90% of business premises. Superfast fibre broadband provides the most cost-effective and reliable service typically suited to businesses with less than 30 users.
Leased Line fibre provides a dedicated service connecting your business to the internet with service level guarantees.

ADSL
Standard broadband (ADSL – Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) provides a service that is always on. Using a microfilter, frequencies for voice and data are split over a single copper wire. This means your phone line is never tied up when using your internet. This broadband service is suitable for most home workers, but providers the lowest level of reliability.
FTTC
Fibre broadband (FTTC – Fibre to the Cabinet) uses fibre optic cable from the local telephone exchange to connect to your nearest street cabinet which serves your premises. The remaining connection from the cabinet to your premises is served over traditional copper wire. The speed you can achieve depends largely on this final set stage, and your distance from the street cabinet. This service is sufficient for the majority of small businesses and heavy home users.
FTTP
Full fibre broadband (FTTP – Fibre to the Premises) runs over fibre optic cable all the way to your business premises. This end-to-end fibre optic connection supports symmetrical connections, meaning you can upload and download at the same speed. The biggest advantage of FTTP is that the connection speed is not affected by distance. Depending on the number of users and the cloud services you use, the speed and reliability delivered by full fibre is often the best option.
(FTTP is subject to a one-off connection fee)
Leased Line
Unlike the services above, leased lines are not routed though the local exchange. Both sides of the line are permanently connected and dedicated only to your use. The speed you receive never varies due to increased users at the local exchange.
Unlimited data allowance
All of our connections are unlimited meaning no additional usage charges. The service you choose needs to be capable of handling times of intense activity to ensure your business runs smoothly. Too fast, and you’ll be paying too much for what you need, too slow and your team will find it hard to get their jobs done. We can help you evaluate the service you need.
